NAPUA WAS WINNER OF THE 2011 NA HANOHANO AWARDS FOR: FEMALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR AND HAWAIIAN ALBUM OF THE YEAR. Wow! Napua's first album, Pihana, won Female Vocalist in 2008 as Napua Greig. She now performs under her married name of Napua Makua. Napua is from Maui and is also known for her expertise as a kumu hula. She is considered of Hawaii's three current divas. This album was bound to be a winner and one that should be included in any collection of Hawaiian music.
